1.1 Upon booking a course an automatic payment subscription will be set up with monies paid as per the specified instalment plan advised at checkout with online bookings. Alternatively, invoices will be emailed termly to be paid by the dates specified.

1.2 Students enrolled in the classes must be those who attend. A place cannot be offered or sold to another student.

2.1 If the course booked has not yet started buyers are entitled to a refund if they cancel up to 14 days after booking, minus an administration fee of £25.

2.3 Once a course has commenced, cancellation requires a notice period of 4 weeks. There will be no refunds for the lessons scheduled in these four weeks, even if the student chooses not to attend. Any further payments received will be returned, if requested by email.

2.4 To cancel please notify AW Virtual Tuition by email.
The cancellation period will commence from the date/time of delivery of the email.

2.5 On receipt of a request for a refund, any monies paid for lessons after the notice period will be returned within 14 days of receipt of a cancellation email.

2.5 Following a cancellation, the lesson notes and tasks in Google Classroom will be available for the student to access for one week after the last lesson paid for. After this time the student will be deleted from the Google Classroom and will no longer have access.

2.6 There are no refunds for lessons which are booked but not attended.

3.1 If AW Virtual Tuition unfortunately has to cancel a scheduled class, an alternative date/time could be agreed, or a refund will be offered.

3.2 Efforts will always be made to continue classes if numbers fall to ensure continuity for students. However, AW Virtual Tuition reserves the right to terminate a class if numbers do not reach, or fall below, financial sustainability. Should this be necessary refunds will be offered for sessions paid for but not going ahead.

4.1 Unless prior written permission has been given from AW Virtual Tuition, you (or any Student) are not permitted to:

(a) Redistribute any of the course content (including by using it as part of any library, archive or similar service); Retrieve and display or print the Content for anyone;
(b) Remove copyright or trademark notices from any copies of the Content made under this Agreement;
(c) Create a database in electronic or structured manual form by systematically downloading and storing all or any of the Content; or except as expressly permitted above; modify, reproduce, publish or in any way commercially exploit any of the Content.
(d) Share the login / access with any other party.
(e) Use a subscription to provide tuition to other parties.
(f) Nor may you permit or enable a third party to do any of these acts on your behalf.

5.1 It is the responsibility of the parent/guardian to ensure their child is being provided with a full-time, broad and balanced education which is suitable for their age, aptitude and ability. Attendance, homework and study is the sole responsibility of the parent/guardian.

5.2 KS4 classes must be supplemented with thorough, independent study in order to be ready for examinations.

6.1 It is the responsibility of the parent/guardian to familiarise themselves with the policies of AW Virtual Tuition; behaviour, safeguarding, privacy and complaints. These policies can be found on the website or provided on request.

6.2 It is the responsibility of the parent/guardian to ensure they are aware of these terms and conditions. AW Virtual Tuition does not take responsibility should there be a claim that a person is not aware of such policies.

6.3 By using the services of AW Virtual Tuition you are agreeing to these terms and conditions.

6.4 AW Virtual Tuition reserves the right to change the terms and conditions. An email will be sent out to inform users of any changes. Your continued use of the service will be seen as your acceptance of any amendments.
